Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identifying and resolving customer issues professionally
- Record calls and give feedback on daily basis to management
- Book Sales orders via phone and update on deliveries
- Documenting all customer information, communications and sales in the system.
- Follow communication “scripts”
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers amicably
- Up selling products and / services to the customer
- Keep records of all conversations in our database
- Meet personal and team targets
- Must be soft spoken and have ability to be persistent on the job
- Previous experience in customer support role is key
- Must be a self-starter who is able to work on their own initiative
- A proven team player with an excellent customer service approach
- IT literate with an ability to use handheld reporting technology
- Must be flexible as this job involves flexibility with regards to the role of sales representative and van sales
- Ability to multitask, priorities work and manage time effectively
- Must be able to make at least or a minimum 20 calls per hour on a daily basis
